Unit Reducer

Description:Two commands. One, UREDUCE, is the opposite of UBASE, and it takes a unit object in level 2 and a list of preferred units in level 1. It then tries to represent the given object in terms of the preferred units. The other, BASIS, is similar to UBASE except it can work with any set of desired base units.
